She has undergone a hard time in her life. Never will be imagined. She was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type 1 with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). She presented with polyuria, polyphagia, polydypaia, sunken eyes, respiratory distress and acidotic breathing. Her DXT or blood sugar was high, could not be traced and she was admitted to PICU HSB.
